To troubleshoot issues with the QLM WordPress / WooCommerce plugin, follow the steps below:

* Upgrade to the latest version of the QLM WooCommerce plugin.
* In your QLM Settings in WordPress, enable logging as per the screenshot below.
* Reproduce the issue you are trying to troubleshoot.
* In your WP site, locate the log file associated with the order as per the 2nd screenshot below.
* Send us a copy of the logs.
