# How to renew the maintenance plan for an offline customer

To renew the maintenance plan for an offline customer:

* Launch the QLM Management Console
* Go to the Manage Keys tab
* Locate the license of the customer
* Click Edit
* Update the Maintenance Plan Expiry date as required
* Click Ok
* Ask the customer to reactivate their existing license
