How to renew the maintenance plan for an offline customer

To renew the maintenance plan for an offline customer:

  • Launch the QLM Management Console

  • Go to the Manage Keys tab

  • Locate the license of the customer

  • Click Edit

  • Update the Maintenance Plan Expiry date as required

  • Click Ok

  • Ask the customer to reactivate their existing license
