How to renew the maintenance plan for an offline customer
To renew the maintenance plan for an offline customer:
Launch the QLM Management Console
Go to the Manage Keys tab
Locate the license of the customer
Click Edit
Update the Maintenance Plan Expiry date as required
Click Ok
Ask the customer to reactivate their existing license
