All orders search does not show any records

In the QLM Management Console, if clicking the "all orders" search in the right hand panel does not show any records, do the following:

  • Go to the Manage Keys tab

  • Click the "search" dropdown

  • Select "Edit Searches"

  • Click the "all orders" item

  • Set the SQL field to: NumLicenses > 0

  • Click Ok
