# How to show the Generate Keys tab

The Generate Keys tab is used by QLM Express users to generate keys for customers. Keys created in the Generate Keys tab are not stored on the License Server nor on the client. 

If you have a QLM Pro or QLM Enterprise license, the Generate Keys is hidden by default. To show the Generate Keys tab, follow the steps below:
