If you get the error:

*Could not load file or assembly 'DevExpress.XtraWizard.v10.2, Version=10.2.3.0*

when opening the LicenseActivationFrm.cs in the QlmWizard sample, simply close the LicenseActivationFrm.cs \[Design] tab and double click the file again in the Solution Explorer.
